Please note:

The outgoing mail server (SMTP) you'll have to use is the one provided by your ISP (Telbo, Flamingo etc.). Then, enter your account name, which is the same as your e-mail address, and your password.

For other e-mail programs, please refer to the 'help' section or manual included in the program.
